Hotel accommodation is not included in the participation fee. With your registration, we will send you a selection of possible hotels for which we have set up a call-off contingent on a self-pay basis.

Our cancellation deadlines are as follows:

Cancellations between four and two weeks before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice amount. If you cancel later than two weeks before the event or if you do not attend without canceling in advance, you must pay the full participation fee. However, it is possible to nominate a substitute at any time. Cancellations and changes must be made in writing and will be confirmed by the organizer.

The participant undertakes to follow the instructions of the organizer and the event venue. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the event.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program or to interrupt or cancel the event in the event of special circumstances (good cause). In particular, the organizer is entitled to take such measures in cases of force majeure, due to official orders, in the event of a situation endangering the life, body or health of the participants. In these cases, the organizer is not obliged to pay compensation and/or reimbursement of expenses to the participants. This applies in particular to any cancellation fees incurred by third parties (e.g. hotel bookings, train or flight tickets).

For end user in industrial coating: 999 €

For suppliers: 1.499 €
The event fee does not include 19% VAT.

The participation fee includes:
Event participation, factory tour, access to participant documents, catering during coffee and lunch breaks.

Please note

During the events, photos/film recordings are sometimes made for documentation purposes, which may be used for advertising purposes.
Vincentz Network creates a list of participants during the event, which contains the following information: Name of the institution, participant name as well as the e-mail address, professional function of the participant, address (street, postal code, city) of the institution. This list of participants will be made available to all participants and sponsors/exhibitors of the event who also wish to use it for postal advertising purposes. An objection to the publication of the data and the forwarding for advertising purposes is possible at any time up to 3 weeks before the start of the event. The objection must be made in writing.

In the event of an official order, the organizer is entitled to forward personal data to the local health authority in accordance with the GDPR.
