The developer of complete paint shop systems announced to establish a broader international presence and strengthen in management team with the creation of a business development role.
As a leading provider of complete paint shop systems for wet paint and powder coating, Leutenegger + Frei is consistently advancing its strategic development. As the company has now announced, further market expansion, even closer customer proximity, and the sustainable development of its international presence are at the forefront. The strengthening of sales and the newly created Business Development function are key building blocks for targeted support of this strategic direction.
Marcus Pott will join the company as Sales Manager Germany on 1 May 2026. He has many years of experience in the coating industry and brings comprehensive expertise in powder application and surface technology as well as plant engineering. With his sales and practical experience, he will drive forward the expansion of the German market, support sales activities internationally, and accompany plant operators in the introduction of wet paint and powder coating processes.
Christian Dreszig is the new Head of Business Development and has experience in the fields of chemistry, plant engineering, sustainability consulting as well as international sales and marketing. With his strategic understanding and international perspective, he will actively help drive forward the company’s business development and positioning, as well as providing important impetus for the company’s further internationalisation.
