Eurolacke establishes German subsidiary
The Dutch coatings supplier is founding a German company to strengthen its presence in one of its key European markets and to create the structural basis for further growth.
Eurolacke just established the Eurolacke GmbH, headquartered in Kleve, Germany. With the new company, the Tiel-based coatings supplier is expanding its presence on the German market and creating the organisational foundation for further development in the region.
Eurolacke has been serving customers in the industrial surface technology sector in Germany for many years. According to the company, the founding of a dedicated German entity represents the next step in its corporate development and underlines its long-term commitment to the German market.
“Germany has been an important market for us for many years. By founding our own GmbH, we are creating the organisational conditions to continue supporting our customers reliably, flexibly and on a long-term basis. At the same time, short communication channels and personal support will be maintained,” says John Theewis, Managing Director of Eurolacke.
No changes for existing customers
For existing customers, day-to-day business will remain unchanged. The familiar sales representatives will continue to act as direct contacts on site, and the established delivery processes as well as technical support will be continued without alteration. The new company is intended to strengthen the organisational basis for serving the German market in the future.
